In the past, Vietnam was often invaded by foreign countries. However, Vietnamese people always fought to protect their land. They were very strong and never gave up.
One famous hero is Tran Hung Dao. He led Vietnamese soldiers to win against the Mongol army. Another important hero is Ho Chi Minh. He helped Vietnam become an independent country in 1945.
Vietnam also has many important historical events, such as the August Revolution in 1945. This event changed the history of the country and brought freedom to the people.
Today, Vietnam is a peaceful and developing country. People work hard to build a better future. Young students study history to remember the past and respect the heroes.
I feel proud of my country and its history.
